After the demolition of the Drewitz border crossing point in the GDR in 1993, only the commandant's tower remained. The memorial is now an exhibition and event venue for the Checkpoint Bravo association. The association restored the ruins of the tower in 2005-2007 with the support of many private sponsors, the state of Berlin, the state of Brandenburg and the municipality of Kleinmachnow. To mark the 20th anniversary of the peaceful revolution and the fall of the Berlin Wall, a permanent exhibition was opened at
on 3 October 2009.

For the Checkpoint Bravo memorial site, the former Dreilinden border crossing in Berlin, we were able to make a lively contribution to the memory of the division of Germany with a total of around 70 historical film and audio contributions.
The exhibition "FREUNDwärts - FEINDwärts" portrays the historical events and lives associated with this location. It presents examples of the fates of refugees and transit travellers.

The history of the Drewitz border crossing point illustrates the actual goal of those in power in the GDR: perfect surveillance and ruthless methods were used to prevent people from fleeing the GDR. On 9 November 1989, the borders had to be opened to citizens under the pressure of the peaceful revolution against the SED dictatorship.
In addition to the software system with a total of 30 devices, we designed a customised charging station, protective covers for the devices, signage and a steel listening station.
